Sorry for the late reply. Just got done with 3 days of AMA Convention 2006 and things are finally back to normal here.

From your pictures I definitely recommend offset bellcrank and crossing the pull-pull cable. The fuse width at where the cable slots are is very narrow thus requiring you to cross the pull-pull cables. When rudder is deflected the offset in the bellcrank setup will take out most of the slack if not all from the non-pulling side of the cable pair.
