One of the things to check is the keeper nut on the throttle linkage. The nut that is around the lsn.
On a new vehicle, those can vibrate loose, and start to give throttle positions problems.
This nut doesn't need thread lock, nor does it need to be 'gorilla tight'. It just needs to be tight enough to hold the linkage.
