Good day

I have just finished painting a Great Planes Stearman with latex, and I'm looking for a "true" flat finish with a clearcoat. I have tried Top-Flite Lustrekote flat clear on another project and I was very disappointed, as there was still a somewhat shiny finish.
I use 15% glow fuel.

Any ideas?
