Well it sounds like you did a nice job of it, but it does sound alot more troublesome than CA hinges. I found them to be a little difficult at first too, but after picking up some tips in here, they're are now a snap. I guess it's like anything else, once you've learned the tricks it gets pretty easy to do. I'm glad it came out well for you, it's important to me to have a nice clean hinge line.
