If the condition is really bad, yes, an offset arm could be in order. As before, if the slack that occurs in relatively minor, don't sweat it. I'm not going to say it's correct, but I've experienced the same issue more than once and have never had a problem with a rudder at any deflection or speed. There may be a very short time period that both wires go slightly slack during control surface transitions, but normal airflow generally keeps the rudder in trail during that brief period.
