Default Coreless vs Digital?

I would personally use the 5945's all the way round... maybe a 5735 on the rudder for extra authority but as jemo said the 5945 is fine.

As for the comparison of the 5625 and 945... they are somewhat similar in performance as the digital curcuit adds a lot to the performance and resolution of the 3-pole motor. However, the coreless motors have always proven to be more reliable in the long run. I am not saying that you should not use the 5625's because many people do, I'm just saying if it were me I would use the coreless, digital preferably, in that size plane.

Mike.
