That's some beautiful work on those retracts G-Pete! On dirt what happens if you taxi with elevator held up? Does it still tip over then?
Also I have a tip you might be able to use...I love your idea of the teeth on the plane...If I were to re-create that on mine, I would use my monokote self-adhesive trim sheets, and cut the teeth as triangles. It is very hard to get clean lines when painting a compound shape like the fuse. You did nice work, considering the challenge level!
