Enforcer Byrofan
I am just finishing the covering on my byro blaster enforcer and I have opted for the slit elevator and aileron versus the elevon. Using the computer mixing I can get the elevon setup on takeoff to get alot of elevator control but once in the air I would like a normal setup were the elevator and aileron are seperate. I don't think that their is some real advantage except that in the split setup if you ever had a servo failure you could still control your plane. As well the chance of flutter is reduced since the smaller control surfaces are more rigid and with a servo on each will reduce the wear compared to the elevon setup due to the force applied on the servo.
My 2 cents.
