Fellows (and ladies if any)-
One of the problems with Photoshop is that when photos are real, nobody believes it these days. This is a real photo and what the pilots are doing is not all that hard. The airplane is simply using the hydroplane effect of water at high speeds and therefore the water acts as though it is hard as asphalt and the wheels do not break the plain of the surface. It is the same principle as barefoot skiing. The brakes do not have to be locked, they will hydroplane even when rolling, just like your car on a wet road. In Alaska and other places, pilots use the technique to land on short sandbars and such all the time. Here is a link to a great video that demonstrates it.
