JB weld has literally "built" the town that I live in, so I have to give it props. Mr. Bonham (of JB) has passed away, but his widow is a wonderful person who does a ton for the community. Anyway, use JB weld--it won't let you down. My Dad once used JB weld for a valve seat in a large lawn mower engine. That thing lasted another 10 plus years. On a valve seat! That tells you a little about the toughness of this stuff!
