Default Exceed rocket on a FT3D

Hello everyone
Could use a bit of info.
I have a Exceed rocket 2220-1050 that I want to use for 3d. What I need to know is abought prop size.
There site calls for a 12x5 as the largest prop I can use. The only props that I can find that size are from high dollar companies. I found 12x4.7 from Tower that is more in my price range. Can I run this with out killing my motor or esc? My set up is 2220-1050kv axe 400 esc a 3s. As you can tell I'm a bit new to the Electric scene and I have no way to test wats and amps. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks
