RE: new 3d park flyer
well went for the test flight early this morning and what can i say, i stoked. it can knife edge loop on low rates and can roll about 2 times in a second. high alfa is a little high on the throttle stick hovering at about 3/4 throttle but i assume im only pullin about 8-10 amps with the 8x4e apc on the high mark 1200kv outrunner. grass was too long (thick and about 3 inches high) so i had to hand launch it, to my pleasent suprise it tracked dead straight, to get it out of trees harm i pulled vertical and went straight upfirst thing i wanted to try was knife edge, sadly the roll coupling was very high, so im going to experiment with different rudder set ups starting with one half the size( it knife edged with like 5 clicks of trim ). it slows down and lands better then a trainer untill its 1 1/2 inch wheels hit the long grass, it endo'd into a violent stop. no damage done and now i can't stop grinning
