Default Heli Parts on a 3D Plane???

hi all, i have an Esky Honey Bee 3D and have been wanting to get into 3d planes. i was wondering if i could use some parts from my heli on a 3d plane. what plane (if any) would be good for these parts. i was thinking a either a U Can Do 3D EP or a Airfoilz Yak-54.

here's a link to the HB3D

You might be able to use the servos, but I think that's about it. Check out the Illusion at www.rcxplanes.com and buy their combo package. You'll probably need some other stuff too.....most of the components will be transferable to other planes in the same size range (14-17 oz).
