Default Question? Great Planes Lipos with 20c and load balancing

Will the new great planes 640mah Lipos with the 20C discharge and load balancing give better performance than the current GP 640mah 15C discharge Lipos on their flatouts with the rimfire? I am assuming the runtime will be significantly reduced.

See Tower link below.

The flight time will be the same, but you will get a little more power because the voltage won't drop as much.
