Default Foamy with no carbon fiber and extremely stiff home made check this out!!

Hey guys,

I thought that I would just show you this, it`s my new project. I don`t have a name for it yet, but I am still thinking. It`s my own design, but got the idea from a member on rcg named power. I drilled 1 in holes for lightening inside and sheeted both sides with 3mm depron with hot glue. This is EXTREMELY STIFF compared to any other foamy out there.

My setup will be: for power an axi 2808-24 (or 26 ) running a 11x5.5 prop. Servos are hs-56 on rudder and elevator, 55`s on the ailerons. Battery, well I`ve got many different sizes and companys I just run any of them that are adequate for the job.

I would like to know what you guys think, I`ve done it purpusefully to have it done "home made" no special tools or anything like that. Exept for the pushrods, and motor mount because I don`t want to push luck, and for safety reasons.

Also what do you guys think of the size of my rudder...?

Thanks

LeBlanc

Well it seems like I can`t upload my pictures, so I ll post up a link to where I put it on rcg first.

Again let me know what you think!

Very nice, the rudder looks plenty big to me.

No, not an airfoilz design, I drilled holes in the cored epp foam to lighten it, then hot glue to the depron.
