RE: good balsa profile
I was looking for something similar. I havent bought anything yet, but these are the ones Im considering so far:
http://www.e-fliterc.com/Products/De...ProdID=EFL2600 (there's a thread already started here in RCU about this one)
http://www.e-fliterc.com/Products/De...ProdID=EFL2400
http://www.precisionaerobatics.com/p...ils.php?pid=55 (Precision Aerobatics electric shock)
Im leaning towards the PA Electric Shock, since they have the fiber fusion technology which incorporates loads of Carbon Fiber = Stronger AND Lighter.
I should be buying something this week, I'll tell you how it goes.

RE: good balsa profile
I have the Eflite edge 540bp profile and i absolutly love it...i set it up with a park 450/11x3.8 prop, JR DS285 servos, eflite 30a pro speed control, and a thunderpower 1320 3s lipo and it is insane...one of my most fav planes to fly in my fleet...it will just climb vertical to no end then float back down like a feather...
