RCU Forums - charging problems

i have a kokam charger and im charging 3s thunder power packs one is 1350mah and the other is 730mah. if any one has this charger they might know my problem. when i start a charge the first two leds come on the red one and yellow one after about 10 minutes the yellow led starts to blink and then after about another 10 minutes the green led comes on saying that its done charging but i dont even get a charge. im not sure if the charger went bad or my packs went bad. i just got the packs and the charger, and i have taken alot of purcaution charging these packs. thanks if any one has a solution
