Shocky Super Star

I'm brand new to the electric arena, but have been flying glow/gas for years. I just purchased the Shocky Super Star and am looking for tips on what equipment to use. I was thinking about using the AXI 2208/34 as suggested on the hobby lobby website. For servo's I was looking at the MPI MX30's. Now the battery pack is where I get a little confused. I'm definitely going to go with LiPoly, but would a 2 or 3 cell work best? Which brand of battery stands out above the others? Lastly, any tips on the ESC would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Brian

I use 2 cell 1500 mAh Kokam, scratch built outrunner(40g weight), CC Phoenix 25 and 9x3,8 slo fly prop. Awesome setup.

Thanks for the input! What do you think about Kokam and Thunder Power LiPoly's?

Get a Triton charger, for your LiPo's, I have noticed substantial improvements to all the NiCds and NiMh packs that I have peaked with it. You have to be patient when charging your Lipos. Average charge times for my Kokam 2C 340mAh packs is 70 minuets.
Just read the instructions thoroughly before you charge your LiPo batteries.

Thanks for all the input! It's amazing that I have been flying for over 10 years and am totally lost when it comes to electrics.....learning though.
