eflite ultimate throw settings
 

I am about to take my new Eflite Ultimate out for the first flight and was wondering if the throw setting for low rate is correct in the directions. I'm running a brushless 370 and a 3 cell Lipo.
I am just looking for a stable first flight, no 3D yet.
Also, I mountd the battery up near the top wing on the leading edge, but my left to right balance is much to the battery side...Is this normal???

I'd use the settings from the book to try it out. On my first flight I turned my rates up really high and put a lot of expo into the channels and it flew great for slow flying and 3D flying. I used the Himax 4100 with the E-flite gear box with the 12x6 prop. Phoenix 25 and the 3 cell 860 Tanic's and Thunder Power batteries. You'll really like the airplanes. That airplanes was the one that taught me how to hover low to the ground and torque roll. Have Fun.:D
