Tensor setup

Which would be the best setup for my Tensor.
I have an E-Flite 1080 outrunner and Phoneix 25 speed controller.
I have 2 batteries.A Thunder Power 11.1V 730mah or a 7.4 1900mah.
I know the 1900 would give me lomger flight time.
Can the 1080 use either battery?

use the 3 cell 11.1V. The 1080 don't have much power on 2 cells. 3 cells its awesome.
