Eflite Ultimate Aileron Response

Is the aileron response on anybody's Eflite Ultimate a little sluggish like mine? Mine seems to want to think about it for a minute before it actually rolls over, and I've got the aileron throws maxxed out.

Mine rolls incredibly fast. Too fast to give it down elevator when it's needed to maintain level flight in rolls. Response on every control surface of my Eflite Ulty is super fast. All throws are maxxed out on the radio, servos and control horns.

It almost sounds like the pushrods are flexing on yours or your servos are extremely slow. if the throws are maxxed out, I have about 35 degrees of throw the plane should roll very fast even at low air speeds. Mine rolls fast even flying harriers.
