linkage help
 

I'm having problems with my Great planes "Reflection" bipe. This is the first plane I've ever really built and it's been frustrating-- These things are so fragile! Anyways my problem is that the aileron servo (Futabe S3109M) can just barely move the control surfaces. I need to smooth out the linkages. I started to take it apart but have already broken one of the carbon rods in doing so. The other surfaces are moving smooth as silk. Anyone have any suggestions before I break something else and/or pull the rest of my hair out?? [:@] Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated... Thanks
