Efliight S75 servo creep.

I have several Eflight S75 servos that creep after returning to center.
They are new.

They do it with or without the speed control.
They do it with a 4.8 pack or a 3 cell lipo.
They do it with a JR receiver as well as a Hitec receiver.
They do it with no load on the servo.

I only have one JR transmitter so I can;t swap that but it works well with my other planes and servos. I am wondering if the pots on my Tx are dirty and it does'nt show up on the larger stuff. Its a JR 8103 and many years old.

Any help or experience with these servos would be appreciated.

I have had the same problem. Mine also have tons of slop in the gears. I went through three of these in one week on a 7oz. foamy. I had one that would not center at all, so I put a new one in and it would not center either but I flew with it then it just quit and one that stripped the gears on the ailerons. I guess back to the GWS servos. The only reason I originally switched was that the S-75's seemed faster.

I have a set of S-75's in a U-can-Do foamy thats pretty severely beat. The servos do have some slop around center (hardly a problem on an EPP plane anyway) but have given me no problems otherwise...

I have a 1/2 dozen in use with no problems at all. With a 1 year warranty excluding strip gears if one goes bad send it back for new one. One I have one hauling a set of large ailerons on my 6 mm yak 34'' wing . I think they are one fine servo. Time will tell.

I have had one strip on me, and a few friends using them have had a couple that dont centre. out of a total of about 20 odd servos between us, there are about 8 that give problems. Seemed like a good servo, good speed and a good price, but I am a little disapointed that out of about 4 of us that have them, all of us have had problems with them, and not being in the states, the postage on sending them back to Horizon is worth more than the servo.

I own 6 or 8 of them and all seem fine. Plenty of torque and speed and I've noticed no creeping as of yet.
