Need selection help for 4.5 pound profile

I am new to the big electric stuff and wondered if anyone has a link to an informative site or could help me figure out what to power my plane with. I went to Hackers site and looked over their sizing chart, but i would not be comfortable deciding just with that. And it said i need 14 or 16 cells??? wow.
