RE: futaba 3010 servos
Had a weird problem with an airplane having only 3010s. Every week I would have delayed response on one or both of the ailerons- one of them would move slower than the other or they would continue to shake even after I stopped moving the stick back and forth quickly. It didnt happen with the other surfaces because they permanently plugged into the RX whereas the ailerons would be plugged into extensions. Later, I found that when I had this problem, rubbing the contact pins in the extension connector with sand paper solved the problem. I finally gave up and began plugging the ailerons direct into the RX. It was only on that airplane, though I never used removable extensions for ailerons again and I never had the problem with other servos. Wonder whether the 3010s have higher current draws or something like that

Yea, I had this issue once. and like you it was a bad connection. It acted werid like that. I cleaned toe connectors at the RX and all seemed fine, then and only when going back to nutral. they would JUMP all over the place.....
COme to find out the ext, wire had a bare spot....
Anyway: getting back to post: The 6 Volt batterys I ordered has 5 batterys connected, unlike the 4 volt with 4 of them.
ALso I was going to connect 2 battery packs.
I have a lot of money invested in this plane and really dont want to screw something up...
Thanks for all the informantion EV1.
