Default center of gravity???

i have a question on cg. how far are u gys that 3d and do lots of aerobatics put ur cg. i have a lanier edge 540 and a h9 cap 232 the one they quit making. have a saito 180 in the cap and a os 160 in the edge. i like the saito way better. any how. there set at the recomended cg. i want to do more tricks and im trying to learn to hover. the planes fly well. i can do quite a few things with them. they knife edge well. and all that. but i want to get into hovering and doing some 3d and id like to know how far back could u or should u set the cg to get into this type of flying. any info would be appreciated.
