Hey John! welcome to RCU!
try using "flaperons", set to 100%. i think, i dont have a 9C but i had a 6ex and thats what i did (now got a JR PCM9x

You have to go to the flaperons and change it from Inhibited to On and then set all 4 throws and it should work fine. Servos plugged into channels 1 and 6 of course
