Default Aluminum gear from TnT?

I need stronger gear for my U-Can-Do 3D to absorb the front of the plane when it drops 2.5 ft after the harrier landing (when I mistime the throttle a little). TnT says they don't have carbon fiber gear yet for it, but they do have aluminum which they say is much stronger than what comes with the plane. Anyone have any experience with their aluminum gear? Is it worth $22? Should I wait for them to make the carbon?

Thanks,
Rick

Rick, I have used TNT aluminum gear on several projects and had excellent results each time. I will certainly use them again..........Jerry
