Default Aeroworks 25% Edge Balance

Hi All,
I'm in the process of building this one for my little brother. I plan on using a ys 120 fz. My question is with this motor or similiar wieght motors did you have to put your elevator servo/servos to the rear as the plans suggest? Or were you able to keep everything back in the "radio tray" to achieve proper balace? I can have my tank right on the cg so that will not be a factor. This plane seems pretty similiar to a gb extra in size and such- and on that one it balanced fine with the radio stuff in the rear underneath the canopy. Thats the only reason I question the suggestion on the plans. Thanks very much in advance, any other coments/suggestions you have about this plane would be very much appreciated.
take care,
Jon

Default Aeroworks Information

Jon,
Contact Aeroworks for the most information. I don't personally fly their planes however the IMAC pilots who do say they are a wonderful source for information on their kits. Bill

Default pictures (avatar)

Hi Rod and Chris,
In the opening page theres a selection somewhere to do an "avatar". - Thats the easy part- Then you have to reduce the picture- I think I used Paintshop or something like that- It has to be under 100 x 100 pixels otherwise it won't save. I hope this helps :-) --- If I read what I just wrote I'd just be confused - heh heh
talk to you later,
Jon
