For anyone at TAS on Saturday Eve. Wild Berry is doing a Sneak Preview of "Electric Flight School" at 7 PM. This will be an outdoor showing on some great equipment.
Should be pretty cool as most of the starz of the film are at the Shootout...(except the hot chicks).
This film, and the soon to be released "Top Gun Invitational" look like they're going to be very cool.
For more info on either film, check WB's site at www.wildberryproductions.com
Wish I could be there to be the first to see it.

I can't seem to get anyone willing to allow me on the sticks here. Someone must've warned them about me before I got out here.
Now I wish we could have this landing strip at our field. It would make everyone have to learn how to do crosswind landings.

We're looking forward to the preview tomorrow night at the field. It should be pretty cool.
We'll have to see if the ladies from the video will be showing up for the preview. [sm=wink_smile.gif]

RE: Official RCU Tucson Aerobatic Shootout 2006
While I have a little time to post some comments about the shootout while some videos are converting I just wanted to say that the shootout has been a blast. Even with the photo taking and the video I'm having a really good time.
I have to hand it to Dave Johnson and the rest of the crew at DA and volunteers from TIMPA. They really put on a very well run show. Look at all the pilots and classes that they have for this event I thought that there might be a bit of a chaotic feel to it. I thought that you’d have people running around trying to keep everything running smoothly, but that wasn’t the case.
Their system was basically having two pilots up flying their scheduled event and the next two pilots would be waiting until the flying pilots would complete about ¾ of their pattern. They would then take to the air and staying out of the performance box would be getting ready to start their pattern run. Once the first pilot finished his routine and leaves the box the waiting pilot would be ready to start their routine.
This really kept the event running smoothly and quickly. They have something like 64 pilots flying two routines each day starting around 8:00am and finishing up around 4:00pm.
Great job Dave and everyone involved. My hat off to everyone for putting on a great event.
Well a couple more videos are done so it’s back to uploading.
