How do you design a freestyle program?
 

I am trying to better my flying skills so I am thinking I should design a flight plan to practice with. It makes since that instead of just flying around doing a maneuver here and there that a complete pattern would be more beneficial. I was just wondering if there are and rules, guides or advise I should be using when I design the pattern.
