I heard that there were some new rules about scoring in TOC, anybody know them?
I think the Freestyle percentage went from 20% to 15%... but I can't remember if I heard anything about new rules for scoring. The whole event is a bit esoteric to begin with.

Pretty funny that I have a 9Z... the CAP requires zero mix on anything. And, I only use one condition for take offs, landings, and flying... that be... bevel to bevel, baby! An 8103 is actually more radio than I need. :D

Ya probably but I just wouldnt feel right without 8 lbs of radio hanging off my neck, its about the only weight training I have time for :sunsmiley

3D is about innovation, and not about "Banging sticks" or a
lack of precison, but a way to make the impossible a reality.
If you go to Finzz wep site ,you will begin to understand
www.rosrcfying.com. He can repetedly do things that are
in no book,like smoke-on knife-edge flat-spins that go on
forever, that is 3d,and that is the future.......

Hi All, I don't even know what this Knife-edge person is talking about. I just like to fly. I just do it for the fun of it. I don't ever want to compete. It isn't my style. I did get a call from TOC and they wanted me to check radios.

3D is cool but, I like to watch the real guys fly, Chambliss, Tucker, Chapmen, ect. and copy them. I like to see a plane just able to hang on the prop and them fall backwards through it's own smoke. That is real flying. I think Pattern is more impressive because there it alot more skill to it.

2. Christophe
3. Chip
4. Jason
5. Sean

Hi Gerald!

It will be interesting to see how good that 40% RC is... glad to see the RC site back up... I was getting nervous.

I like your top six guys... but I can't help but think Frazier is going to kick some booty this year.

Thats great finnz! Can you explain this maneuver to me please? If it's just a knife edge spin then don't bother - The only reason I'm questioning it is because a flat spin rotates about the vertical axis - and a knife edge spin rotates about the lateral axis. I just cant picture how you would combine the two.......
thanks,
Jon
