Is there anyone with any experience with a Giles 202 doing 3D? What do you think about that swept back wing??

The Giles is a capable plane but which manufacturer are you referring to? There are many oyt there and each one is a bit different.

Well, Ive placed an order for an Extra 330, with a fiberglass fuse and foam wings. I have just recently begun to like the look of the giles. I was thinking of building a set of giles shaped wings for the extra fuse. From what I've seen, there is very little difference in the fuse profile.

I just wanted to know if there was any 3D aerobatic drawbacks BECAUSE the wings are shaped like they are. Giles aircraft don't seem as popular as Extras.

WHat do you think??
