cowled engine refueling?

I am building a Midwest Giles 202 27% and I need some advise on refueling, should I use the dots, fueling valve or any other technique?

For my coweled engine I use a T type fuel filter and a fuel dot. You can simply close the throttle and you won't flood the engine while fueling. For extra security vs flooding, a hemostat applied to the fuel line between the T and the carb works well. (and they can get in some very hard to reach places)

You can also use the 3 line tank method. with a second clunk line (this allows defueling) and again, a fuel dot.

There's a bunch of other ways to go about it.

IF YOUR RUNNING A GASSER THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH FLOODING SO USE A FUEL DOT IN THE CARB LINE WITH A GOOD BRASS TEE FROM A FISH TANK AIR LINE SET UP.IF A FUELY ESE A FORCEPE CLAMP ON THE CARB LINE AND STILL USE A FUEL DOT
