u can do 46 building question?

Hello I am in the process of building a u can do 46 size and i have a question regarding the belly pan. It seems if i want to remove the wings (for transport purposes) that the nylon bolt holes should be larger in the belly pan, no way to back the bolts out after i run out of thread from the fuselage, or is this an issue?? I don't know anyone who has built or assembled the 46, so i am looking for suggestions any help would be appreciated.

thanks Scott

the holes should be just larger then the bolt head, personally I just leave the bolts in the belly pan all the time, since the monokote was just cut in an X, it holds the bolts in, and the bolts are long enough they can't get out of the wing hole and start wandering around in the bellypan.

I just finished mine two days ago. Three flights since then. I have left my wing bolts in their hole. However, I installed a DuBro switch/charging jack so I will not have to remove my wing very often. My airplane has a Pro46 installed. Everything installed as far forward as possible and CG was 5 3/4" from leading edge. Flies great but squirrly on pitch in the landing flare.
