Laser 3D Throws?

Can anyone tell me the control throws for their Laser Models 40 size Laser 3D? The construction manual gives throws, but I'm not clear if they are neutral to one side or side to side.

Thanks-
Jon

I use the manual high rates for my low rates and all I can get for high rates. Measurements in manual is the amount of travel in each direction.

Thanks Aaron.

"Measurement in the manual is the amount of travel in each direction". I just want to be sure I understand this correctly. So, for example, the elevator travel listed in the manual is the total travel from full down elevator to full up elevator?

Thanks.

no, from neutral to down elevator or neutral to up elevator.

if the manual says 40mm , then the elevator will move up 40mm and down 40mm, a total of 80mm.

Ya, amount of throw from neutral. ANd I test flew it witht he CG close to the aft CG in the manual and now have it way back from that.
