Or...just go down to WalMart and buy some "SpiderWire" coated stainless leader of the appropriate diameter for your use. I believe it comes with the crimp sleeves, but you can buy extra crimp sleeves separately as well.

If you need couplers, Dubro sells rigging couplers and Sullivan sells threaded eyebolts with jam nuts.

Pull Pull Linkages????

I build my own pull/pull cables from fishing tackle. Buy a spool of nylon coated stainless steel leader material and a small bag of crimp sleaves. Total cost so far, about $6.00 and you have enough stock for 4 or 5 models. For the cable ends, Dubro sells them in a package of either 2 or 4.

Wire

JWN....Thanks for that one....sounds good. I bought a pull-pull "set" from Cermark, and the wire is so thin and wimpy-lookin'...I will never use it. Dave

No problem!

Dave,
What's nice about using fishing leader is that YOU choose how heavy a wire you need. If you decide you want to install pull/pull on a 60 size model, you can choose something a little lighter than you would probably choose for larger aerobatic bird. There is a lot of customization you can do when you roll your own :)

Pull Pull Linkages????

Wow....that's even better ! I would have never thought of that one...Thanks again....Now I have to run down to a tackle shop, cause I wanted to see if they have such a thing as a digital fish scale... for weighin' planes......Dave...

One more thing

I'm sure you would notice this when you went to the store, but make sure you get the flexible leader and not the solid wire stuff. The flexible leader comes on a fairly small spool and is multi stranded with a nylon coating. Most I have seen is brown in color. There is another leader material that basically looks like shiny music wire. I wouldn't use this stuff as I'm afraid it might get brittle with age and is too stiff.

Happy fishing :)

Pull Pull Linkages????

check out Nelson hobby in Oregon. He sells all kinds of cool stuff including multiple pull/pull systems. I am using his dual servo system on my 1/3 scale 300L.
