Just wondering how you guys do it

I temporarily tape 2 pieces of straight wires and made sure they line up parrallel when eyeballed.

I do the same ting with a yard stick that I cut down for this purpose.
IT works great and it is easy to see any deflection problems.

If you extend the wire's or ROD. and have it point towards the center. ( just beyond the rudder center) you will get more of an accurate reading.

No need for a matching device correct? Sorry, but I think I'm trying the JR 8611s and Im not used to the no programming ease. Do you just link them together on a mix?

Steven, if you have two holes on the rx open, mix them together, then you can adjust each independantly

Linking them together on a mix will work but be warned that they will not track exactly the same. That is what the matchbox/MSA-10 will do or the programmer for the Hitec digitals.

that's true, some of my low end JR servos doesn't really match up that well. one servo tends to go up and down more than the other. My digitals 8411 came pretty close though without programmers or matchbox.
