Ever Seen this? Cedar Hobbies Witch 3d profile

Anyone had any experience with these profiles. How good do they hover, knife edge, waterfall? New ARF's for sale for $80 each. Not a bad price but wondered if anyone had tried it and what they thought. Josh |

I think you mean Cedar Hobbies.
The plane looks as good as my profiles, the all up weight tells all. If you buy it, use the most powerful motor you can fit in it while still balancing with "NO LEAD". Set up all of the servos and use the motor to balance it, by sliding it forward and back on the rails. Final adjustments with the battery. Good Luck, Ken |

Ahhh yeah, you're right, Cedar Hobbies, not Creek Hobbies. I made the correction in the original post.
Do you mean the "all up weight tells all", do you mean its ligter or heavier than what it ought to be? |
RE: Ever Seen this? Creek Hobbies Witch 3d profile
were dos it say the weight

RE: Ever Seen this? Cedar Hobbies Witch 3d profile
There isn't any place that tells what it should weigh, but you want this plane, as with most 40 size profiles, to stay under 5 lbs. The lighter the wing load the better they do all of the maneuvers that you'll want them to do.
What I meant by "all up weight tells all" is although it looks as good as my profiles, the final weight, ready to fly minus fuel, is what you need to know before you can tell how it will fly and what maneuvers it will fly the best. Ken |
