H9 80" cap

Hi, just got a DA 50 for the H9 80"cap that i've had for a few months (always wanted one, had to get 1 when they were discontinued)
just curious if any1 has any pics of the same plane / eng combo. perhaps i could pick up on a few things while in the process of finishing it.

anyone had any luck getting the stock muff to fit in this cowel? havent cut the cowel yet, does'nt look like its gonna work with the stocker.... i have made plans to get the wrap around.

also any good / bad feedback on this particular combo would be appreciated

am using 645's on all surfaces(@6v - 133oz.)1700mah

thankx for your time

Don't forget to use the search engine. It's a great resource. I heard that the ARF can be tail heavy and to push stuff up front but I could be wrong. If you do a pull pull rudder, that will help the tail be lighter. Also a Sullivan tail wheel with a Dave Brown foam tail wheel (lite flight). They are very light and install in about 10 minutes (counting hardening the screw holes with CA).

I had one w/da 50, could not use the stock muffler w/o chopping a huge section from the cowl. I used a pitts style instead. I built per plans and came out a little over 15lbs. Mine would spin like mad, upright, inverted, or knife edge. Its a very good plane.
