U-Can-Do 46
 

I just purchased this plane and was wondering if all the problems with the wings and tail feathers failing have faded away or are there still problems with this? I haven't seen any recent post with these problems. All the threads I found with the search function talking about these problems were about a year old. I plan on upgraded the push rods and adding tail braces to help with this. Also, is there a problem with the fuel tank location? Do I need to adjust it for better alignment with the carb on my Saito?

Well mine Is gonna be one yrs old soon and I haven't had any problem with it exept for the landing gear.Im running all stock hardware with no problem noted.

Mine has a Saito 91 with about 100 flights.All stock except for 4/40 push rods.No problems at all.

You can also build it with 3 or 4 mm iron wires. Reinforce with 2 or 3 mm plywood where you fix it.
