Need TOC info

Will be staying at the flamingo. Whats the best way to get to the toc? Bus? cab? Should I rent a car? What time does it start in the morning? Is it free? Thanks.

Go to Jasonshulman.com for a complete schedule of events and times (basically 8am til finished each day) there is a shuttle from the Sahara to the field. But the 2 hotels are a couple of miles apart.
