Venus 40 pull-pull controls in the tail?

Have anybody done this? Should I modify the servo plate to put the ele and rud servos in line in the middle of the plane?

I received my Venus 40 yesterday. It's an awesome aircraft. The wings are extremely lightweight (no full sheeting here - traditional ribs and caps); fuselage looks great also. It's a really nice piece of work.

I have been flying the venus with the stock setup for months and it works great I see no need to change it.
