BME Engine VS 3W Engines

I'm looking for engine to go on my 31% AeroWorks Edge and i'm trying to figure out which engine will suit it best. Aero says the 3w-70 ok i got that but. In a nut shell which is a better engine to deal with BME or 3W.....
