Does this sound like a good 3d plane?

Alright here it is. H9 Extra 260 27% powered by st3250 with pitts muffler. Mejzelik 20x8 hollow carbon prop with 3 1/4 tru turn aluminum spinner. Bms 181oz torque servos all around with futaba 8ch receiver and futaba 3d arms. Does this sound like a hard core 3d plane because that is what im looking for without spending thousands.

Don't know if a really big profile fits your plans but this would be a great match for your ST3250. If a 3d monster is what you're after for low bucks, you may want to check it out: Talon F1-P at www.goldeneagleaircraft.com

mik - sold mine to a pal and he built it and has a SA220 in her, there is more than enough power, it flies really nice and why don't you go to the Extra 260 thread in here to see what people say ... only issue is with the UC delaminating. Its looks great in the sky.
