DA 50 and max plane weight for good 3D?

Wondering what the approximate max plane weight is for a DA 50 powered 3D plane (standard mufflers) and still have good vertical acceleration out of hanging attitude?

Depends on elevation. Close to sea level, 17.5 lbs. would probably be the max. Here at 5000 ft., probably 16.5 lbs.

Well that depends. I have seen a lightened down Laser around 19lbs at sea level with a G-62 be ballistic. HOwever that is a 97" wing.
