Prop thrust.

Hey guys,i have a 14lb extra 300 with a 42cc gas engine.what would the prop thust have to be for the plane to hover pull out.thanks for eny info.

RE: Prop thrust.

It is considered that 1.5:1 is needed to do 3D.
Most prefer 2:1
