Recommendation needed - 3D plane for O.S. FL70
Okay, so I already posted this question, but during last night's "corrupted file" issue, somehow the thread was lost, along with everyone's responses.
So, basically, I'm fairly new to 3D but not new to flying by any means. I would like a good 3D plane to get used to using my O.S. FL 70 4-stroke engine. My previous plane with this engine was a Lanier Razor 3D, which I crashed twice. Once due to buying a radio system that went belly-up, and the second time because I could not recover from a spin, (first time that has ever happened in almost two decades of R/C). It's possible I lost the use of one of the elevator halves during flight, but in general that Razor was prone to really bad tip stalls and wing rocking. I would like to have a nice-flying 3D airplane that still looks like an airplane. I was looking at the following planes but am still open to other suggestions. If you have had any experience with any of these, please let me know. Oh, and I'd like to keep the price under $100. =) Now you have a challenge! Easy 3D: http://www.richmondrc.com/frameset.htm Giles 3D: http://www.nitroplanes.com/gilesg2023d46.html 4D: http://www.tufflight.com/4d.html Any and all recommendations/advice would be welcome. Thanks in advance!!! |

I know, I know, the Mojo is great, but if I can get an ARF, that would be my preference. They have that one at Nitroplanes, a G202 that costs $89.99 that I was looking at from CMP (http://www.nitroplanes.com/gilesg2023d46.html)
