What is this plane?

Anybody know what the name of this plane is or who manufactures it? I got it off RCU, no instructions, no original box, etc. 52" ws. Weighs 2-1/4 lb without radio & engine. That's all I know about it.

Could be from Hokusei Model, maybe earlier production... Clor scheme looks alot like their...

Yes, the color scheme does look like a Hokusei Model plane. Now if I only could read Japanese. Thanks.
