Smoke
 

Hi

I just installed a smoke pump on a 120 balsa nova with a 150 Saito. This was the first plane I have smoke on. She smokes great, but need to get some other color otherthan white. I know they sell it, but none of the hobby shops around where I live have it. I was just worndering if there was someother way to give the smoke color ratherthan buying the smoke oil That I can do myself.

I have read and looked, and the only way I see that you can change the color is to add dye. What type of dye do you use and where can I get it. Also, I have read that it is messy and can stane a plane.
